Disc Preparation Stops During CD Burning

If Pyro starts burning normally then stops during the Disc Preparation process without a warning, there are a few things you can try:

1) Try waiting to put the blank CD in the drive until Pyro prompts you to do so.

2) To ensure that other programs are not interfering with the operation of Pyro, do the following:

click the Start button. Choose Run. Type msconfig in the Run box and

click OK

choose Selective Startup

un-check Load Startup Group Items

click OK and restart the computer

3) Download and install the latest update for Pyro’s CDRW drivers:

ftp://downloads.gearsoftware.com/updates/windows/drivers/Driver_Installer.exe
